Daedalus
"His limbs turned gray and nerveless, and all his strength transmuted into smoke. I had no right to claim him, I knew it. But in a solitary life, there are rare moments when another soul dips near yours, as stars once a year brush the earth. Such a constellation was he to me."
- Circe, Madeline Miller
id like to meet my Daedalus at least once in this lifetime
Where are you sweet man
My headphones have run out of battery so I can no longer listen to this incredible Lupita Nyong'o podcast on my sunset walk but like some sort of miracle I keep running into literal poetry every couple of trees and it's all very beautiful
