I shadowed a Movement Disorders Fellow sometime last year, and never have I felt so at ease and inspired at the same time. Usually if I'm watching a procedure or trying to pick up something from a mentor/teacher, I get into this hyper-anxious, hyper-aware mode, concerned primarily with "getting it right." I hate getting it wrong.

But I think it's important to be able to lean into the uncomfortable, now more so than ever. I dont think mst people who procrastinate are actually lazy...I think they're just scared of messing up.

so, idk...here's another day...lets pray i get it right
